These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and Shopify store and any purchases you make from COATlectibles (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase from us.

We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or policy breaches.

4) Products, safety, and proper use

We sell specialist care products (including cleaners, coatings, waxes, and related items). You agree to:

• Use products only as instructed on the label/packaging and any instructions we provide

• Test products on an inconspicuous area first where appropriate

• Keep products out of reach of children and pets

• Follow relevant safety guidance (including ventilation and avoiding ingestion/contact with eyes)

Important: Results can vary depending on surface type, condition, application method, and environment. Unless expressly stated, we do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond statutory rights.

5) Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we:

• Email you confirming dispatch, or

• Deliver the goods to you

We may decline or cancel an order if, for example:

• There is an obvious pricing or stock error

• We suspect fraud or unauthorised activity

• We cannot deliver to the address provided

• You breach these Terms

If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you.

6) Prices, taxes, and payment

• Prices are shown in [GBP] unless stated otherwise.

• Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

• If you’re charged import duties/taxes outside the UK, you are responsible for those charges.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store full card details.

If your payment is reversed (chargeback), we may suspend your account and/or restrict future orders until resolved.

7) Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in our shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss/damage passes to you once the order is delivered to the delivery address.

If a parcel is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.

8) Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. Please read it before purchasing.

Where applicable, opened goods are generally not returnable for change-of-mind reasons, but we may consider opened goods case-by-case where there is a plausible explanation, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in our policies limits your statutory rights.

9) Promotions, discount codes, and bundles

Discount codes:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• May be time-limited and subject to conditions

• May be withdrawn where misuse is suspected

If you return items from a discounted order, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the discount applied.

If you offer subscription products:

• You authorise us to charge the payment method on the schedule shown at checkout

If you submit reviews or content:

• You confirm it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading

• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share it for marketing and store operations

• We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful, irrelevant, or appears fake

13) Prohibited uses

You must not:

• Use the site unlawfully or for fraud

• Interfere with site security or attempt unauthorised access

• Upload malware or harmful code

• Misuse our brand, impersonate us, or misrepresent affiliation

• Harass, abuse, or threaten others

14) Disclaimer

We provide the site and information “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, or services linked from our store.

15) Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, business, or goodwill)

• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant goods (plus delivery charges where applicable)

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
