Shipping Policy (COATlectibles Ltd)

This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works when you order from COATlectibles Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our Shopify store.


1) Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Internationally except Europe

If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us at joshua@coatlectibles.com and we’ll let you know if we can help.


2) Processing times

We aim to dispatch orders within:

  • 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) for in-stock items

  • During busy periods (launches, sales, holidays), dispatch may take up to [3] business days

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


3) Delivery services, costs & estimated times

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on your location and selected service.

Typical delivery estimates (after dispatch):

UK

  • Express : 1-2 business days

International (if offered)

  • Tracked International: [5–21] business days depending on destination and customs

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4) Tracking

Where your selected service includes tracking, your tracking link will be provided by email once the order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.


5) Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.

If an address is incomplete or incorrect:

  • We may need to contact you for clarification, which can delay dispatch.

  • If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge for re-shipping.


6) Undelivered, lost, or delayed parcels

If your parcel is delayed, we recommend checking:

  • Your tracking link

  • Safe place / neighbours

  • With your local depot

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 48 hours at info@coatlectibles.com so we can raise an investigation.

We will support you in opening a courier claim where applicable. Outcomes depend on the courier’s investigation and evidence (delivery scan, GPS, photos, etc.).


7) Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email info@coatlectibles.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include photos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • Any inner packaging

    • The damaged item(s)

    • The shipping label

We may offer a replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the situation.


8) Split shipments

If you order multiple items, we may ship them together or in separate parcels (e.g., if items are stored/packed separately). If we split your shipment, you’ll receive separate tracking details where applicable.


9) Pre-orders / out-of-stock items (if applicable)

If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

If you order in-stock items alongside pre-order items, we may:

  • Ship everything together once all items are available, or

  • Ship in-stock items first (if offered) — this will be made clear at checkout or by email


10) International duties & taxes (if applicable)

For deliveries outside the UK, you may need to pay import duties, taxes, or handling fees when the parcel arrives in your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices unless explicitly stated.

If you refuse to pay import charges and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct return shipping and any fees from your refund.
